The lift is just a stone's throw away from the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for families with young children. The spacious rooms and facilities are of high quality and exceptionally clean. The owner, Georg, was always present and provided excellent service, offering great tips and guidance. The breakfast served was superb, and our kids absolutely loved the main Shalle designed for families. Das Heimsitz is highly recommended for families in all seasons.

My wife says that it would have been great if there was a designated space for drying our skiing clothes, as there was ample space near the skiing boot dryers. This would have been particularly helpful for families with children who tend to get their clothes wet after a day on the slopes.

The staff were helpful and helped with free parking.

The room had fast wifi and a storage space. The location was great and favorable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The services were excellent. The location was near the main ski lifts, the center of Brixen, and other areas of the SkiWelt like Söll or Going.

The chalets are close to the gondola station. Supermarket nearby for convenient self-catering. Comfortable beds, beautiful fireplace, and nice coffee machine. Privacy along the road. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, spacious rooms, fast internet, great location and underground parking. Will definitely return. Excellent stay.

we had a fantastic family holiday in Brixen im Thale and our stay at Das Heimsitz was even better than before. The penthouse apartment was spacious, modern, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, right by the slopes and with convenient rental options nearby. Highly recommend, we'll be back!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Das Heimsitz. We were there for a week-long ski vacation and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main ski facilities and a supermarket nearby. The hotel itself was modern and comfortable, with spacious and stylish apartments. The amenities were great, including a sauna, ski storage, and underground parking. The staff, especially George, was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back next year for another amazing ski vacation.

The location of this hotel was ideal for our ski trip. Being right next to the gondola lifts made it incredibly convenient to access the ski areas. having a ski shop and grocery store within a minute's walk was very convenient. Another advantage was the welcoming and attentive owners. They took excellent care of us throughout our stay, providing helpful tips and excellent service.

The lack of facilities for children, such as a play area. there was no mention of a sauna in the review, which could have been a missed opportunity for relaxation.

The decoration at Das Heimsitz was absolutely charming, with beautiful rustic touches that made me feel right at home. The general areas were cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. As a senior woman, I really appreciated how accessible the hotel was for people like me. The staff was always ready to assist and made sure that I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive to the needs of us older guests. A little extra care and attention to detail would have made the experience even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a superbly appointed new development in a fantastic location. The two bedroom apartment with a dining room and kitchen was perfect for my family. The rooms were impeccably clean and each bedroom had its own bathroom. The owners were incredibly helpful and provided excellent advice and conversation throughout our stay. They even went above and beyond to accommodate us when there was an issue with our room. The facilities were almost new and there were nice touches like fresh bread delivered on request. it was a fantastic place to stay for our skiing trip.

The hotel had ski-in/ski-out access and ski storage, which made it super convenient for us skiers. Plus, the lift was only 40 meters away from the accommodation, so we could hit the slopes in no time! We also loved that the area was popular for golfing and cycling, giving us more options for activities during our stay. It was the perfect place for young adventure seekers like us!

If there was one thing we could ask for, it would be a livelier atmosphere for young party-going people like us. While the hotel was cozy and comfortable, it didn't have a bar or a place for guests to gather and have a good time.
